    Scott L. Greer, PhD, is Associate Professor of Health Management and Policy at the University of Michigan School of Public Health and is Senior Research Fellow at the London School of Economics (LSE Health). He also serves on the Scientific Council of the European Social Observatory. Before coming to Michigan, he taught at University College London. Author or editor of six books, his most recent are The Politics of European Union Health Policy and Devolution and Social Citizenship in the United Kingdom. Greer has published in journals including BMJ, European Union Politics, Journal of European Public Policy, Journal of European Social Policy, Journal of Health Politics, Policy and Law, and the Journal of Social Policy.
