Resources

The Center for European Studies (CES) serves as a hub for the University's extensive resources and expertise in the interdisciplinary study of modern Europe and the European Union. CES is housed together with the U-M's prestigious Center for Russian, East European, and Eurasian Studies and Weiser Center for Emerging Democracies.

We offer resources for students, teachers, businesses, and the community. Our Multimedia web page contains audio and video files of our "Conversations on Europe" lecture series featuring prominent speakers such as Sir Peter Stothard, Aleksander Kwasniewski, Joschka Fischer, Neal Ascherson, Ian Buruma, Donatella della Porta, Leoluca Orlando, Cem Ă–zdemir, Desmond Dinan, and Diego Marani. You can also view the full collection of CES lectures on our YouTube channel, or receive current updates on the CES Facebook page.

The Michigan Paper Series is a web-based publication of interdisciplinary and comparative research on Europe and complex developments of European integration.

We have dedicated resources for K-14 Educators, as well as general information about the European Union, and links to other resources.
