Ken Kollman

Director of CICS and Professor of Political Science. He is former Director of the UM's European Union Center and Center for European Studies. His expertise is in political parties, elections, lobbying, and federal systems worldwide. His research focuses on the politics of the federations.

Susanne Kocsis

Managing Editor of the Journal of the International Institute and Program Officer at CICS. She previously served as Publications Officer for UNESCO in Paris at the International Institute for Educational Planning. She is involved with program development for the center and for the human rights group, International Perspectives on Human Rights.

Shannon Bellefleur

CICS Program Coordinator. She previously worked for the University of Michigan Department of Psychiatry, Renault North American Center and Toyota Technical Center. She is responsible for the center's budgets, event planning, and program administration. Shannon has a background in French and Japanese and has studied abroad in Canada and Japan.

Folak? Graves

CICS Student Services Coordinator. Folak? previously served as Student Advisor and Student Support Services Interim Director at Parkland College in Champaign, Illinois and has traveled abroad in Canada and West Africa.  She is responsible for administering the International Studies Minor, and advising students pursuing international studies at Michigan.
