CJS's 8th Annual Mochitsuki will be held on Saturday, January 7, 2012. The event features mochi-making in the traditional way (using an usu and kine), mochi taste-testing, games, origami, kamishibai (Japanese storytelling), kakizome (New Year's calligraphy), manga-drawing, and live music by Miyabi and Raion Taiko.
