Undergraduate Funding
CREES offers the following awards for U-M undergraduate students whose work focuses on Russia, Eastern Europe, or Eurasia (application deadline: February 1 at 5:00 PM):
- Academic Year Undergraduate Foreign Language and Area Studies (FLAS) Fellowships
- Summer Undergraduate Foreign Language and Area Studies (FLAS) Fellowships
Current U-M undergraduate students focusing their studies on Russia, Eastern Europe, or Eurasia are also eligible to apply for:
- CREES Research, Internship, and Fellowship (CRIF) Program Grants (deadline: March 15 at 5:00 PM)
- Required form: Summer Funding Application
- Recent Awardees
- Conference Travel Grants (rolling applications)
- Required form: CREES Student Conference Travel Funding Application Form
