CSEAS offers a varies of awards, grants, and scholarships to the University of Michigan community. We support language learning, research, and curricular development. We offer three merit-based awards. Student organizations can apply for funding for public events, and graduate students are welcome to propose workshop, seminar, or conference topics.
We offer one grant opportunity for non-UM educational staff, the Academic Sharing program.
Student groups or associations may submit proposals for funding for public events focused on Southeast Asia. Graduate students may submit proposals for workshops, conferences, or seminars to be held on campus. Please send a brief description and budget to cseas@umich.edu.
