Courses

Southeast Asia-Related Courses

Courses relating to Southeast Asia are offered by many departments and schools throughout the University. The following courses cover Southeast Asia to varying degrees, from 25% to 100%.

For Center MA students: if you want a course to count toward the degree course requirement, remember that at least one-third of your effort (e.g., papers, readings) must be related to Southeast Asia. Therefore, verify with the instructor beforehand that you will be able to meet the requirement for courses you elect with less than 100% area content.

Some 400 level courses carry graduate credit with extra work, others do not. It is up to the student to determine the credit status of the course.

Due to frequent changes in times and locations, we are no longer listing that information.  Please consult the online course schedule. We have noted restrictions on enrollment; please check notes carefully.
