Global and Regional Dimensions of Iran's Nuclear Program: Energy and Security

Iranian Society Series: Kai-Henrik Barth of Georgetown University will discuss the of history of nuclear proliferation and the physics behind it, and Farideh Farhi of the University of Hawaii will discuss negotiations between Iran, the EU-3 and US, as well as the domestic Iranian perspective. Dr. Frederic Pearson, Professor of Political Science and Director of the Center for Peace and Conflict Studies, Wayne State University will present on the United States policy perspective. The discussant for this event will be Dr. Tom O'Donnell, U-M and the Graduate International Affairs Program at New School University.
