HOW TO APPLY TO THE MENAS MA PROGRAM

  

APPLICATION INFORMATION:

Visit Rackham Graduate School for information on University of Michigan programs, submitting an application, financial assistance, and other useful information. Be sure to select "Area Studies" as your area of interest, then "Mod Mid E & N African St MA" as the specific program of interest.

PLEASE NOTE:

  1. On the application, the name of the program is Modern Middle Eastern and North African Studies, and the program code is 00306.
  2. Original transcripts for all college-level work must be submitted to both CMENAS and Rackham.
  3. The GRE score report code for the University is 1839. No department code is necessary. Your scores will be electronically accessible by programs at U-M.
  4. All application materials must be RECEIVED no later than JANUARY 15 for studies beginning the following September. Consult the appropriate offices for deadlines on applications for financial aid.
