Cultures of Japanese Sake

Natsuki Kikuya is a London-based sommelier of sake, and comes from a family of brewers in Akita that go back over 300 years. She will give a talk on the cultures of sake, beginning with how it is produced, showing scenes from her upcoming documentary on sake.

Later in the day, she will lead a public tasting at Everyday Wines (Kerrytown Market; 827-9463), starting at 5:00 pm.
