The 51st Annual Ann Arbor Film Festival will feature a two-part program curated by scholar, critic and artist Marcin Gizycki that presents a survey of works beginning in 1957, the opening of what is generally considered the "Golden Age of Polish Animation" through the present day. This program will include films by Jan Lenica, Walerian Borowczyk, Jerzy Kucia, Kazimierz Urbanski, and Józef Robakowski among other classics and rarely seen works, screened from archival film prints.

The films are sponsored by the Instytut Adama Mickiewicza, the Polish Cultural Fund-Ann Arbor, and the Copernicus Endowment.
