Kent Berridge, Vonnie McLoyd, and Henry Wellman Elected to the National Academy of Sciences

Three Department of Psychology faculty—Kent Berridge, Vonnie McLoyd, and Henry Wellman—were elected to the National Academy of Sciences (NAS) in 2024. According to the University Record, the NAS “recognizes achievement in science by election to membership and, with the National Academy of Engineering and the National Academy of Medicine, provides science, engineering, and health policy advice to the federal government and other organizations.” Congratulations to Kent, Vonnie, and Henry for this momentous achievement!
